Wifi dropping daily

Hello,

Over the last few days my wireless has been dropping on a regular basis, both 2G & 5G. I have ran diagnostic tests via Virgin status website which returns no errors or faults and the only way to resolve it is to reboot the router. Please can i ask that this be investigated?

hiya @Kieran1974 so this problem just started happening?, to check when you view the list of wireless connections is it showing some you've not seen before, you could take a look at tweaking the wifi guide -> https://help.virginmedia.com/system/templates/selfservice/vm/help/customer/locale/en-GB/portal/20030...
