Re: Wifi Connecting issue

Hi Kalyan,

Phone bought in India ... for once the Indian call centre may be the perfect option for you.   If you have access to a working phone it's 0345 454 1111

Hope you have more luck than the rest of us.   Smiley Wink

Re: Wifi Connecting issue

Hello Kalyan319,

Thanks for joining the community Smiley Very Happy

Sorry to hear that you're having difficulties connecting your mobile.

I had to do a quick Google to check out this specific make and model as I'm not familiar with it. You said it's running Android 5.1 which is Lollypop which I believe is an older version. Are you able to update your device to a more recent Android operating system? This might help with compatibility.

Apart from that, I'll be honest and say I'm unsure how to help but I'll leave this thread open to other members of the community.

Thanks again for posting,

Take care.
