Anybody else having to reset there hub to reconnect there wifi devices ? Normally every morning I have to do it, then some days up to 6 times or more! Rang them up loads of times they always say we will change settings? But always still the same problem. It's a black super hub around 12 months old. Is it worth asking for a new one as this is getting to be a pain.
Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your wireless connection, I know this is frustrating.
You mentioned that when you call the operator changes some settings, I suspect they're changing your wireless channel. This will often help if you're experiencing wireless interference. You might also find that using a wireless network scanner will help as it will show you what channels the other routers in your area are using.
