Please can someone help? I spoke to the call centre yesterday - they said that the website form wasn't working, and that they'd switch it off at their end. It is *still* broadcasting the "Virgin Media" SSID from my SuperHub.
I recall reading a few topics in the past where some people couldn't get their hubs to stop broadcasting it, even after the firmware that supported it had been pulled from their hub. They resolved it by pinhole resetting (rather than a normal reset) it if I recall right.
