I'm getting a Wi-fi password incorrect message on my Samsung S3 mini when I try and connect to my virgin superhub Wi-Fi. It has worked for 2 years at least on this password? Anyone have any idea why it's stopped working?
First off i would try powering the hub off for a period of at least 10 minutes and then back on and retry.
If this still doesn't work i'd access the routers config page via a wired computer and double check what the wi-fi password is to ensure it hasn't defaulted if you previously changed it.
Welcome to the community. If you choose the option on your Samsung to forget the network then reconnect it with the correct password does that make any difference?
