Please help as can't seem to contact Virgin via their online chat or phone support lines and they shut at 8pm (strangely for customer services).
I have a Virgin Media super hub and recently I am finding that my mobile wireless devices such as iPhones and iPads are having trouble finding the wireless signal. There's nothing wrong with the Broadband speed and the Sky boxes and Xbox wireless seems fine.
I have tried changing channels on the hub and have bought a signal booster.
Welcome to the community. I'm really sorry to hear of the wireless issues you're experiencing on certain devices. Are the iPad's/phones able to find your SSID in the list at all?
