Wi-Fi goes down throughout the day. (Network log enclosed)

Hi there,

Can someone tell me if there is anything in this Network Log from my router to explain why the wi-fi keeps on going down? Numerous times throughout the day. Have tried changing wireless channels a number of times now, with no improvement.

Based in Guildford I've also been dropping out regularly for last 3-4 days. I've also run speed test and the best I've been able to get is 4.26, the worst 0.77!

Has gone down again overnight since my last post.

Does the above give any indication to anything?

If it helps, once router is unplugged and plugged back in again, it starts again but takes longer than usual to pick up wi-fi. On average, I need to unplug and restart the router 3 times a day at the moment.

Hi joemcd121,

I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems with your WiFi connection. Thanks for sending the log details from your Super Hub 2. 

I have run testing to your Super Hub 2 and can see a problem with the signal levels coming into the box. This will definitely cause a problem with the overall connection, which would also cause the WiFi connection to drop. Rebooting the Super Hub 2 re-establishes a new network connection, which is only a temporary fix because the levels will eventually start degrading again. 

I'll need to arrange an engineer visit in order to get this fixed for you. I will send you a private message requesting further details so that I can get the appointment scheduled for you. Just check the envelope icon at the top right of this page.
