Wi-Fi Super Hub

Can anyone please help. Have spent the last year trying to get sense out of the call centre but to no resolution. Would anyone have any idea why the Wi-Fi on my super hub randomly switches off. Sometime it does it a few times a week. I work for home and need a reliable broadband. Given the nightmare level of customer service I have received the latest price rise has got my back up big time!

Sorry to hear about this chellep,

 

Have you tried Changing your Virgin Media Hub's wireless channel at all in order to potentially improve this type of connection?

Does this happen on both 2.4 and 5 GHz network?

 

Do the lights change on the router at all when this happens?

 

Are there any issues if you connect through Ethernet cable?
