I have recently had my router upgraded to the new Super Hub 3. Whilst I can connect and print wirelessly from my Windows laptop, I can no longer print from my I-phone or I-pad. When I try and print from them the Apple products just don't seem able to see the printer, where they always could before the change of router.
When the router was changed, my network got a new name and password, and my phone and I-pad connect to the home network without problem. The issue seems to be between them, the network and my Brother HL 3150 printer.
Sorry to hear about the problems you're having with printing at the moment. I've recently been dealing with another customer with exactly the same fault and we found that manually updating the printer software has helped. Is this something you could look into, I believe this is an incompatibility issue.
