Re: Why does my super hub 2 keep dropping wifi signal, all lights are blue very unhappy ๐Ÿ˜’

Hi Jim80,

Thanks for letting us know about your Super Hub 2 dropping connection, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested the connection from this side and everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the hubs logs and all of the power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, please respond to me here with a recent copy of your Hubs logs for me to compare with the data we have here. You can find these by opening your internet browser and typing 192.168.0.1 into the address bar, before logging in, it will say 'Router Status' click there and all the information needed is inside.

Take care,

Thanks,

Adam.

Adam L, can I ask for your assistance as well. I have a similar problem. All the lights are on and my network is described as public and no internet access. I need to reboot the hub at least daily. I have tried to add the log you described back to 20th. Hope it is correct, or is it better copying to a word document.

Thanks..

Hi s9750,

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with your broadband being slow and dropping. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested your connection and everything looks great no errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, what lights are on the Hub?

Please respond with another copy of your Hubs logs and I'll compare this with the data we have here.

Thanks,

Adam.
