Virgin Media UK Prep Firmware Fix for SuperHub 3 Latency and Packet Loss
I have been one of the unfortunate people to have constant issues with my superhub 3 and this issue, why are you not making it known to customers you are aware of this issue and are working on a firmware fix?

I agree as this is a well known issue with the SuperHub 3.0 then it needs to be pinned on the forum. I would guess though that Virgin Media don't want customers to know that there is a known fault in their equipment !?
