Who can I complaint to that might actually listen?
I have called the 0345 number, no joy. Emailed the CEO office, no reply. Does anyone know who I might be able to complain to at Virgin who might actually be helpful and have the authority to deal with a simple complaint properly? Thanks!

Good luck, you'll need it and patience. Log a formal complaint, there is a link on the website that should let you do this, they'll then reply. CEO office also ignored my email, shocking but that's VM for you
