I can see that since you have posted you have contacted us via150 or 0345 454 1111 or via Webchat and the teams have put through an option for you to get a replacement Hub 3 sent out to you which is great.
When you receive this from us you will need to activate this via our Quickstart line, the number for which will be included with the Hub 3.
Just in case this is misplaced, the activations line is 0800 953 9500.
