When will Virgin Media roll out the new firmware to correct the Hub 3.0?
I have just moved to Virgin media and seem to be having problems with the Virgin Hub 3.0. I have tried the forwarding port configuration to try and get it recognized the Ethernet outlet from the Hub. This still isn't working. I am trying to hardwire the Hub into the mains to pick up my home security via a Ethernet connection. I have been told the Virgin do need to roll out the new firmware to correct the Hub 3.0. Is this true? Thanks

Sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with accessing your security system from your Hub. I'm aware there's issues with port forwarding on the Hub 3 and we're working to resolve this. In the mean time, have you tried applying the IP of your security system into the DMZ rule? You might find this helps.
