Whatsapp not connecting

Whatsapp can't connect to wi-fi in my house.

The app connects to other VM routers elsewhere and can connect to other wi-fi .

This applies to both my wife and me.

Any solutions are helpful.

Sorry to hear about your problems with Whatsapp, I can't say I've come across this before.

 

Are other people able to access Whatsapp via your Wi-Fi connection? Do you get any error message or does it just get stuck 'connecting'?

Hi Heather,

I can connect on my daughters wi-fi,also VM and any other wi fi connection but it just doesn't work on my home connection.My wife also has the same problem with her phone. Perhaps my settings need adjusted

Sorry to hear this is still on-going. You could try changing the operating wireless channel of your router and see if this helps at all. This help article will show you how to sign into your Hub and make the changes.
