After being a VM and NTL customer for years I recently moved house and had to cancel my contract as I wasn't sure if my new address can get VM. I have filled in the 'What services can I receive' form on the website more than once and rang customer services but have had no reply. Apart from flagging down the next VM van I see round the estate what am I supposed to do? Normally its really easy to get companies to take your money, beggars belief!!
I have tried both of them links on numerous occasions and never had a response, I even rang customer services before, they said they might have to send an engineer to do a survey but still no answer either way. I know they have VM around the corner, about 100m away from our cul de sac. Anyway I have replied to your PM.
