This morning I have been on a webex meeting with around 15 colleagues.
Twice during the meeting between 0830 and 0930 both myself and another colleague on Virgin lost audio to the call. We had to reconnect our sessions together.
We are using wired connections to our routers.
Can this be explained?

And some time audio loss problems frequently happened. Make sure your headphones and PC built-in recorder is working well. Then restart WebEx Online Meeting again by follow the steps below.
1. Sign in WebEx product:https://www.webex.com/
2. Click on "Meeting" and "Schedule"
3. After finishing start your own meeting.
4. Choose "Connect to Audio" to let everybody enter the meeting.

If still losing audio, try another browser. because as far as i am concerned IE does not support WebEx online meeting.
