WPS / Router Smart Settings?

Hi - I have a new multiroom music system, but i need to check / change my route settings, how do i access the route settings please?

Yamaha, have told me i need to look at the smart settings on the router, and maybe disable the smart settings to allow the music system to find the WPS settings... never used the WPS button on my router before, so seems odd to have a WPS button that also helpfully reboots the router if you hold it in too long (very odd)

Help please...

Access the Hub 3.0 configuration pages by entering http://192.168.0.1 into the address bar of your web browser, login with "admin" then look underneath the Hub 3.0 on the sticker for the settings password of 8 numeric digits.

could it be mcafee causing the block?

What Yamaha have you got , and can it only be setup via wifi , or can it be setup using wired connection to check/test ?

it is a music cast system, but the problem isnt with that..... yet.

im just trying to review my router settings on my laptop first - this is where i'm getting blocked.

The Yamaha system in system config just sits waiting for the WPS and doesnt find it - hence why im trying to check router settings and Yamaha believe the Virgin router is blocking access to the WPS

Sorry to hear about the trouble connecting your music system. Just so I'm clear, you're needing to access your Hub settings, but when you browse to 192.168.0.1, you're not able to gain access? Can you specifically describe what error you're getting. Also, have you tried to access your Hub settings from another device on your network?
