For the past 6 to 8 weeks our WIFI keeps dropping out and we have to restart the router. This started out at a few times per week but now its sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I'm no expert but I'd guess the router is on its way out.
My family are driving me mad moaning about the WIFI not working but to actually speak to someone on the phone at Virgin seems virtually impossible!
Anyone else experiencing this? Any idea how to fix it? How do I get an engineer out to sort it out without spending hours on the phone listening to the irritating automated system?
