WI-FI connection

I am keep getting cut off from my Virgin Media Wi-Fi and BT Wi-Fi with Fon trying to connect.

I have removed BT Wi-Fi with Fon by selecting "Forget" option but it keep coming back and staying at top.

Please help.

What version of superhub do you have?

If its a v3.0 try turning of 5ghz wireless!

Get a copy of Inssider and check your network channel overlap!

My wifi is connected on my phone but nothing is working if turned the router off and on and reset it nothing is working help please

Thanks for letting us know that you're having issues with your connection cutting out from WiFi, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested your connection from here and I can see that your downstream power levels are too high and will require an engineer to attend in order to resolve this for you. I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking.
