It's not how I would approach a WiFi connectivity issue for Windows 10. Without you describing the issue in greater detail, I can only make assumptions about your situation. In particular what is the problem and what have you tried to resolve it?
But to answer your question directly, running Command in Admin mode can never hurt if you need to go deep.
I would always start with the Windows Network diagnostic tools' maybe you've done that. If that doesn't fix it, I would bring down the latest driver for my wireless NIC. That usually solves it.
