The wan light has been flashing green for a couple of days now on my hub 2nc,we have an engineer booked for the 16th but hoping someone can help me out on here before then.
Downstream DS-1 DS-2 DS-3 DS-4 DS-5 DS-6 DS-7 DS-8
Upstream US-1 US-2 US-3 US-4
That connection is borked.
I take it you have tried rebooting the hub.
Apart from checking the coax for obvious signs of damage and all connectors are hand tight, there is not a lot you can do until the tech arrives.
Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear that you have a flashing green light on the Hub and have no internet, my apologies for any inconvenience.
I have tested things from here and I can see that everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.
