W02 Error

Hi,

I have a W02 error on my TiVo box, and my WiFi is not working also.

I have unplugged the boxes and reset them but the error still remains, the service test on the website comes back to say the box is switched off (when it’s on, just not connecting to any service).

Any suggestions on what I can do?

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble with your services.

 

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and both your TV and broadband appear to be functioning normally. How has it been since posting?
