Virgin media Hub3.0 green flashing light

My virgin internet connection is not working, restarting and rebooting had no effect. The light on the hub is keeping flashing green for 4hrs, which I don't understand what it is meaning other than the service is down! I can't find reasons on the virgin media sites as it only mentions the status of red and white light.

Please help

Sorry to hear you've had trouble with your Hub 3.0.

 

I've run a diagnostic on the Hub and it's currently online. Are you still experiencing issues?
