Virgin internet connection suddenly stop working .

Hello Morning people.
Today I woke up as usual to work at morning and my internet is not working.
I've tried reboot some times my Modem (Hub 3.0), and maybe after reboot like 3 times it, I reset to default configutarion (back reset button) it but didn't have success, still not working and I'm using my mobile internet to post it.
Yesterday was a bit slow, but at least was working the internet.
Are there any others here with the same problem. since I woke up today around 7:20 its not working.

Hello guys, Its was an issue with my Payment ¬¬.
I want to share as well my experience with it because I had issue with my payment of last month, and in the website it says that will just come the last month and the current one together (I have direct debit setup in my account)
So regarding that I thought that this month, both bills are just going to be charged together. But it not work as expected, they just shut down my internet because, now I'll need to pay a fee because they shut it down and turn it on again ¬¬
