I use AWS workmail (email from Amazon). My outlook connects like Exchange and stays online however since this morning it no longer does.
I have this problem with others who use AWS email and have virgin broadband so its impacting other customers as well.
Web mail also fails to load but if i tether to my mobile it works fine.
Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have had trouble with connecting to AWS webmail and exchange.
I am not aware of any problems with our connection in relation to amazon mail.
Have you had any bonce back messages or error messages at all?
If so can you pop the details up here and we will investigate further.
