Very unreliable internet

Hi

My broadband has been terribly unreliable for the last few months. It will be fine one minute then disconnect and this happens all the time. Sometimes it comes back on, sometimes it takes hours. It is so annoying.

Can someone please assist? I'm at my wits end with it!!

I have awoken today to non-functioning internet.

Hi Heather,

Thanks for the reply. The connection is off again today and did the same yesterday. It is really disruptive because I work from home and use Skype a lot and I pay for premium connection so when it doesn't work I'm like 'AGGGGGGHHHHHH'

please can you help??

I've located your account and I can see an issue with speeds at peak times in your area but that would cause the dropouts you've described.

 

So, I've run diagnostics on your hub and I can see an extremely high level of timeouts in your logs. I'd like to arrange for a technician to check this out for you.
