Very high latency since ordering 200 Gamer

Wotcher,

Since ordering 200 Gamer on Monday/Tuesday I have had awful service, with extraordinary latency. On calling support, the Indian agent failed to understand my problem, and suggested that an engineer call would be cancelled as there is a problem in my area. When pushed I was told the problem has been open for several weeks, and is sheduled to close in two weeks, whcih makes me think it is the upgrade process, of which mine was completed. 

 

The problem appears to be between me and CPC4. Is there some kind Virgin fellow who can examine my logic and help me please?

Nat_J, Thanks for your support, Essentially things stabilised quite nicely when the new router arrived. Still high latency at high occupancy during the day but clean as a whistle overnight (when I tend to need the bandwidth).
