VPN connection issues and SuperHub

I managed to fix most of my VPN connection issues by updating the security settings in the SuperHub to allow IPSec, PPTP and Multicast pass through. But, I still have one problem relating to a document management agent we use. Its just not recognised and won't connect. It seems to be a problem I only have with my home SuperHub (works everywhere else, even on public wifi).

Are there any other quirks of SuperHub that could cause this type of issue?

Sorry to hear about the problems you're getting with regarding to using a document management tool.

 

It might be that we need to allow access by opening ports. I don't know the specific ports, but if you get in contact with the host of the document tool, they should be able to tell you.
