VPN access isn't working

I have a Super Hub router. Recently I was having issues with my internet connection, and was advised to reset the router. That fixed the connection, but unfortunately I could no longer access my work VPN, which I use when I'm working remotely. Having spoken to the work IT department it appears as though the problem must be with the router.

Any help solving this problem would be much appreciated!

Thanks for your post, welcome to the community!

 

Sorry to hear that you're having difficulties access your VPN since the reset. It's likely that we will need to apply some port forwarding rules to allow access.

 

I don't know which ports you'll need to access, but your IT department should be able to let you know. When you have this info, just follow the advice on this help article - Setting up port forwarding and port triggering on my Virgin Media router
