VOIP / Home Working - PLEASE HELP

Hi, I am using a Polycom VVX310 network phone at work which i can take home and connect to my Virgin Media Superhub to make and receive calls. I have tried connecting and went through the formalities with their tech support but the phones does not work at home. We did the firewall thing but that did not help. Any help would be greatly appreciated and would mean me spending less time travelling to the office.

The VOIP ports on the SH3 aren't enabled.
