VM Business Broadband - Off again - intermittent since August
Since we upgraded to the all singing all dancing 300MB service from the 50MB service we have had the new Citron modem installed and the service has been terrible - it's been offline more than it's been on - had multiple engineers turn up and get it back online for it to go off again a day later. We've had three different modems and no joy. Sick to death of it now, wish we had never upgraded. Virgin are less than any help on the phone. "We can't see a problem so there's not a problem."
