I live in an area where I'm supposed to get up-to 150 MB speed......Just ran a broadband speed test using uswitch's online tool. Shocked to see this (see attached). Service Status says no reported issues. Result: This is now taking ages to download a mere 20MB file, which I need for work.

I have tested the connection from here and I can see that your modem's SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) levels are too high and will require the attention of one of our engineers in order to resolve this for you.
