Unreliable broadband

My broadband has become very unreliable in last couple of weeks. I have had complete service disruption (several times), now I have a unbelievable 0.01 Mbit/sec upload speed. (Sorry I'm really disappointed on this.)
The call to 150 does not help at all, "our engineers working hard on it" do not let me to read/write mails or talk with my friends...
I'm on VIVID 150 Optical Fibre in Sundridge Park, Bromley.
Anybody has any idea what's happening here?

Hi gybotye, 

Thanks for letting us know that your broadband connection has become unreliable over the last few weeks, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I've run some checks on your connection and I can see that there's a lot of T3 time outs inside the Hubs logs and an engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll ensure this all gets sorted for you.
