My broadband has become very unreliable in last couple of weeks. I have had complete service disruption (several times), now I have a unbelievable 0.01 Mbit/sec upload speed. (Sorry I'm really disappointed on this.) The call to 150 does not help at all, "our engineers working hard on it" do not let me to read/write mails or talk with my friends... I'm on VIVID 150 Optical Fibre in Sundridge Park, Bromley. Anybody has any idea what's happening here?
