Two weeks ago my broadband failed for 4 days and has been totally unreliable ever since. The
engineer was helpful but was unable to cure the problem which is apparently due to "high utilisation in area" in other words Virgin have sold more connections to broad band than there system can cope with. I have not been advised how long or even if this failure can be rectified. Anyone else in the TW1 or Twickenham area experiencing similar issues?
