Unable to print wirelessly following Virgin installation

Since my installation I've been unable to print wirelessly. I've spoken to the printer tech support (Epson), who have tried everything to get it to work. The printer and router are connected via WPS and my computer can see the printer but can't verify it and when I try to print I get "communication error" and "printer not connected" messages. There's no problem with the hardware and all the drivers are up to date. However, Bonjour does not seem to be working. From some searching on Google, it seems that the Hub 3 may be interfering with Bonjour. My workstation is not close enough to the printer to print using USB.

What can I do about this? Everything was working perfectly before the installation and I desperately need to get it working again.

Any help much appreciated - thanks.

Edit: I'm using Mac OS 10.11.6 on a Macbook Pro and the printer is an Epson R2000.

Re: Unable to print wirelessly following Virgin installation

Is it possible that the printer has a different IP address "now" than it had "before" the Virgin installation?

Did you delete and re-add the printer after the Virgin installation?
