Terrible ping spikes every night making gaming near impossible (1000+ at times)

I have the 200mb package with you and get huge ping spikes every evening. I love to play competitive FPS and anything over 100 makes it difficult, and I get kicked over 200 which is every evening. I'm at a loss as to how to solve it. Any help would be much appreciate.

Thanks for your reply Nicola. Since calling and someone dialing into the router it has seemed to improve things somewhat. Hopefully the fix in January will eliminate the issue all together.
