Sorry to see the problems with your connection, I understand this is inconvenient. Checking your connection I've noticed a very high amount of time outs in only 2 days since your last reboot. I think it's best that we arrange for an engineer to call around to investigate further. you a PM (purple envelope, top right) to confirm a visit.

Okay so the engineer came out on Saturday and gave us a new router (superhub 3) and as you can see we are still having issues with a lot of high latency. He did say it is showing an unreported network fault but as of yet he has been unable to raise a job for it.
