I phoned about Internet dropping out constantly and was eventually given a home visit appointment after an hour on the phone. My main cable to my virgin box and router is on the outside of my house and is 14 years old and becoming damaged with the weather.i would like it re wired. Very difficult when the staff dont quite believe you.and then dont turn up when booked. My question is shall i buy new cable and do it myself of gove notice to leave.?
