A bit more info would be handy.
Does devices connected directly to the hub by ethernet cable drop connection the same time?
You mention T3 timeouts in your header, posting the Hub's network logs and Downstream and upstream power levels will give up more info.

The stats look fine a few T3 errors over the last 3 days nothing drastic.
As the wired connection is not dropping it looks like a wireless problem allthough it is unusual for both bands to drop the same time.
There is some general tips on how to improve your wireless signal here.
Downloading a wireless scanner like InSSIDer or WiFi Analyser would help.
