Over the past week we've been having problems with our Superhub where the router disconnects from the internet intermittently. When this happens the blue light with the arrows will go green for a few seconds then go back to blue, and the internet will be working again. I've looked at the logs from the router and it seems to be a T3 Time Out - No ranging response received. I've had to come here as every time I called for assistance my calls kept hanging up and then they thought they'd fixed the issue.
It's quite frustrating because I've had my gaming account penalised because it thinks I keep quitting games early, however it's just the internet cutting out.
From what I've seen on this forum this might require a call out? Or is there something I can do to fix it?
