Syncing errors and T3 time out errors.

Hi, been having problems with SHUB 2 for a week or so with Sycning errors and t3 timeout errors, here are my logs.

Speed has been fluctuating from 1mb to 200mb, up and down.

Restart of modem seems to help for a day or so, then back to problems.

Hi starbeats19, 

Thanks for letting us know about your time outs and errors, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested the connection from here and I can see that there's a lot of T3 time outs inside the Hubs logs. An engineer will be required to attend in order to resolve this for you.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this all booked and secured for you.
