My wireless connection keep dropping out intermittently, but my wired in connections always have internet access. When the drop out occurs my wifi is not available on any device and cannot be found. When I restart my hub it all comes back up again.
This drop out happens every few days and is getting frustrating, I have tried calling the help line but they ask to restart and it begins working, which is then taken as fixed.
I have tried changing the setting on the router, such as the channel, but what ever I try it happens again in a few days.
I'm really sorry about your wireless disconnections and appreciate how tiresome it must be having to reboot your Hub to regain a connection.
If you've not already done so would you please restore your Hub to factory settings and let us know if that helps?
If not I propose that we provide a replacement Hub for you. We are not able to offer the model you have currently but if you're not averse to getting a new Hub 3 we can arrange for delivery of that. Just let us know what you think
