My superhub2 has suddenly stopped working. Flashing blue tick ready light and quick flashing green traffic light. Tried restarting, no known problems in the area. Performed a VM check and it said my Hub was off- it wasn't. Any ideas??
A flashing tick light would indicate that the hub has lost connection to VM's servers and therefore internet access.
This looks like a local outage and you will need to report it to VM, It would probably be better to phone in on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 as the Forum Team take about a week to respond at the moment.
