Superhub1 and Vivid 200

Our broadband was upgraded to Vivid 200 a few months ago but our wifi doesn't seem to be any different. is this because we have a superhub1.

Do we need to get an upgraded hub?

Yes you need a new Hub.

I doubt you're actually getting VIVID 200 on the SH1 at all, you should have been sent a new Hub along with the upgrade.
