Superhub

Sorry if this has been asked already, but how do I go about getting a new Superhub, will it involve starting a new contract ? TIA

We are getting very low download speeds, averaging 30 mbs and having a lot of issues with 'on demand' services (not sure if that goes hand in hand )? Kids having issues with lagging on their consoles, (at varying times not just at peak evenings/weekends or multiple things online at the same time).

Are you connecting with a wired or wireless connection to the Superhub?

It would be worth testing with a devices cxonnected directly to the hub by ethernet cable.

Griffin makes an excellent point. We need to determine whether it is an issue with wireless or not as there are many environmental factors that can inhibit wireless signals.

 

Are you able to perform a wired speed test?

I've run a couple of checks today and the speed has increased up to 65-70mbps when connected with an ethernet cable which is okay but I was getting speeds of over 95mbps in the autumn without being directly connected to the hub
