Superhub offline

a few issues here in the past 10 days.

First of all i wanted to run my own router so switched to modem mode and the connection was awful with it dropping out all the time (like every 30 mins)

im on the latest superhub firmware already so not sure if this is related to the known issue

decided to go back to router mode 2 days ago and then today the line has gone completely

The WiFi light is on but the bar along the bottom is flashing

raised a fault and told engineer booked for NEXT Tuesday!! is that normal to wait so long for an engineer!??


secondly is the port flapping still a known issue on latest firmware?

Thanks for posting, I am sorry to hear about your issues with your Super Hub being offline, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tried to run some checks on your connection but I was unable to locate any of your details via your forum account.
