Superhub not responding

My internet has been down all day, the super hub is not responding and no lights show in front of box. I have an engineer coming out Saturday but any ideas for a quick fix, I work from home and this is a nightmare for me. Thanks

No light at all sounds like dead hub. If you have any ethernet leads connected do any of the leds next to the ethernet sockets flash at all.

About all you can do is try unplugging the power supply, waiting a few minutes and plugging it in again, also try plugging in a different socket just incase the one its plugged in has somehow gone. Might also be worth trying to do a pinhole reset.
