Superhub keeps losing it's settings. Would this be a fault with the superhub? -or a call out by an engineer? (50mb business)
It happened last month a few times and yesterday and today ( three times in two days) and it's costing money every time the internet is down, could you help?

I'm sorry to read the Super Hub is losing it's settings. I can imagine how annoying this must be.
If you are a Virgin Media Business customer, you can contact them via any of these methods > Contact Us.
However if you are a residential customer, by all means send me a PM with your details and I can can take a look at this for you.
