Your case is fairly simple. Downstream power is too high and should not exceed 10sBmv. To be safe it needs attenuation by at least 10 dB. A 10 dB forward path attenuator is available from ebay (seems to be expensive) or you can await the VM bods to get to your post in a few days time and they'll arrange an engineer to do the work.

I've been getting this for about a year now. However, for the last 3 weeks or so it's been doing it daily, two to three times maybe. I have the settings saved in a restore file so it's not that difficult to fix. The problems are that I remotely log in to it from work but can't when it resets. The more pressing issue is that it comes back on with wifi enabled with no protection so anyone can hook up to it.
Was going to call support about this but the waiting drives me insane.
Will someone get in touch so that it can be resolved?
Came across this post whilst searching for the resolution to this issue myself. Seemingly happens at random, my hub is behind my tv stand so it's very frustrating when this happens as i have to rewire everything, and then change my username and password again and set up the ssid etc so that all my devices will connect. How can I resolve this?
Hi, I have the same issue, set the unit up so its personalised and next day it resets, I also get the issue where it loses the internet and I have to reboot. Need to get this sorted ASAP please I have lived with it for a year now but I need to be able to manage my wireless security better.
